Tujar Al Bahrain Programme provides business owners with the skills needed to run their businesses in two progressive stages.
The startup stage:
By considering all aspects of the business, the business owners will analyse the value proposition and all aspects of the business operations and growth. The stage will look at attracting finance, the business environment, strategies for success, financial management, marketing, managing people, operations of the business, tendering for projects and services and developing a business plan that captures the value of the business.
