Part-Time Marketing and Public Relations Lecturers

The Leadership & Management Centre is seeking Part-Time Lecturers in the field of Marketing and Public Relations.

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • Membership of a relevant professional body is preferred such as : CIM/CIPR
  • Minimum 3 years current industry experience preferably in the Marketing Sector
  • Ability to teach the CIM/CIPR syllabus
  • Strong academic experience and able to guide students with assignments
  • Preference will be given to applicants who have Digital Marketing qualifications and teaching expertise

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Teach and manage learning activities related to the subject being delivered
  • Provide assignment guidance, feedback and assess assignment submissions to accredited professional bodies
  • Review and update course materials, manuals, lecture notes, handouts, visual and other aids; document and record the course contents in alignment with BIBF’s policies and procedures and Awarding Body guidelines
  • Follow up with students for any course submissions, case study analysis, assessment reports, etc. assigned to them as a part of the course/program requirement; verify and assess/grade all submissions as maybe required
  • Act as an Assessor or internal verifier, if appropriate

Part-Time Real Estate Lecturers

The Digital Transformation & Project Management Center is seeking Part-Time Lecturers to deliver Real-Estate related courses:

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject, or equivalent professional qualification is required
  • Minimum 5 years knowledge of the subject area, previous training, coaching or tutoring experience is a plus
  • Minimum 7 years real-estate industry experience
  • Competent & expert in the Real Estate field

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Teach and manage learning activities on a range of courses provided by BIBF and associated subjects (standard, professional, customized and/or academic) courses
  • Provide support and recommendations on innovative teaching/training techniques that create interest, understanding and enthusiasm amongst participants
  • Assist the planning and implementation of a high quality curriculum; manage and monitor the quality and relevance of course content and methods of delivery
  • Review syllabus, textbooks, course materials, manuals, lecture notes, handouts, visual and other aids; document and record the course contents in alignment with BIBF’s policies and procedures
  • Follow up with students for any course submissions, case study analysis, assessment reports, etc. assigned to them as a part of the course/program requirement; verify and assess/grade all submissions (as required)
  • Act as an Assessor or internal verifier, if appropriate; else identify assessors as required for the course

Skills Required:

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems is preferred
  • Experience with creating interactive digital content including quizzes, polls and gamification elements for LMS
  • Knowledge in e-Learning authoring tools, such as: Adobe Captivate, Adobe Presenter and Camtasia is preferred
  • Experience in e-Learning development and Articulate 360 is preferred
  • Experience with HTML and audio and video editing software preferred
  • Graphic design and layout skills
  • Creative and innovative
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Customer and Client management skills
  • Multitasking skill while paying attention to detail

Multimedia Fresh Graduates - E-learning Platforms Support

BIBF is seeking Multimedia fresh graduates who will be supporting the design, development and implementation of the Institute’s e-Learning platforms.

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia/Digital/Visual/Graphic Design and/or Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
  • Some experience in a similar role and/or worked on e-Learning projects or assignments
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for stock picture and vectors editing
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Premier and Adobe Illustrator for video development and editing
  • Working knowledge in the following technologies: H5P and SCORM packages

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather information and course elements from faculty members and Centers
  • Develop and design learning material, coordinate, and review educational content, and incorporate current technology in developing specific e-Learning curricula
  • Support the deployment of learning programs including uploading and updating courseware and curricula, training assignments, learner notification text and rules in LMS
  • Manage e-Learning content from vendors to ensure it is compatible with the LMS
  • Work with Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, and programmers to support e-Learning content requirements
  • Facilitate live and recorded learning if and when needed
  • Coordinate the development of the e-Learning Platform on Articulate in coordination with the Head of Centers
  • Assist with design work related to the e-Learning platform in addition to any marketing collateral for the Centers
  • Undertake any other responsibilities in the Centre, as directed by the Head

Skills Required:
