The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has provided qualifications to over one million students in 150 countries over the last 10 years, and the BIBF has worked closely with the UK-based entity to provide the region with the CII’s qualifications and expertise. The BIBF is the only training provider in the world to offer the CII’s Diploma in Insurance (Dip CII) qualification entirely in the Arabic language.
Recently, the BIBF has completed its periodic submission of its qualifications to the CII and has been awarded recognition of prior learning credits valid until September 2020.
Ms. Fisher met with the Governor of the Central Bank of Bahrain H.E. The session focused on a number of key topics including women’s risks in life, women’s careers in risk, and risk solutions for women. Over 50 female insurance industry professionals attended the event.
The BIBF’s Director, Dr. Ahmed Al Shaikh stated, “The CII is one of the BIBF’s most valued learning6 partner. We maintain strategic relationships with the world’s leading awarding bodies, across different educational sectors, and are committed to providing Bahrain and the region with the best qualifications the market has to offer, through our in-house courses and international affiliations.”
