The BIBF Partners with Bahrain Society for Training and Development to Promote Collaborative Learning
The Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bahrain Society for Training and Development (BSTD) to provide training programmes in Bahrain. The MoU was signed at the BIBF premises by Dr. Ahmed Abdul Hameed Al Shaikh, Director of the BIBF, and Engineer Mohamed Mahmood Al Shaikh, President of BSTD.
Under the MoU, the two organisations agree to work together to provide training programmes to enhance the capability of the workforce through continuous human capital development and the promotion of excellence in organisational performance.
On this occasion, the BIBF’s Director, Dr. Ahmed Abdul Hameed AlShaikh stated, “The BIBF seeks to strengthen its training services and capacity building programmes both within and outside the Kingdom of Bahrain, as we provide excellence in training to more than 63 countries around the world.” He also added, “We are proud to collaborate with BSTD in providing the training requirements related to the aspects of human capital development.”
The President of BSTD, Engineer Mohamed Mahmood Al Shaikh said, “This partnership is part of the organisation’s plan to expand the horizons of cooperation on aspects of training and development. We strongly believe that the BIBF plays a vital role in providing quality training through the institute’s customised training solutions.”
The BIBF is affiliated by the Central Bank of Bahrain and was established in 1981, benefiting more than 340,000 learners over the years in various fields, including Banking, Accounting, Insurance, Leadership & Management, IT & Project Management, Academic programmes, in addition to providing internationally-recognised training solutions.
