Silah & BIBF to boost training opportunities in e-Learning & Customer Experience

Silah Gulf has signed a second Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) to introduce e-Learning and customer experience training opportunities for Silah employees. The MoU was signed at the BIBF premises by Dr. Ahmed Abdul Hameed Al Shaikh, Director of the BIBF, and Mr. Feras J. Ahmed, Chief Executive Officer of Silah Gulf.
Under the provisions of the MoU, the BIBF will provide training programmes, focusing on learning content and development solutions in the areas of Customer Experience; Digital Transformation; Assessment (Psychometric & Mystery Shopping); Project Management; IT Solutions; Accounting and Finance, designed to deliver new and enhanced opportunities for the employees of Silah Gulf.
Mr. Feras J. Ahmed Chief Executive Officer – Silah Gulf commented, “we at Silah strongly believe in training and developing our Bahraini workforce. This is an essential part of Silah Gulf’s framework that is aligned with the national vision and we are very pleased to partner with the BIBF to support the organisation’s evolving training and development programmes for it’s staff. We are very confident that the BIBF plays a vital role in providing quality training through the institute’s customised training programs.”

Dr. Al Shaikh also stressed the importance of training and human capital development as a strategic objective of the BIBF to support the progression of markets in the Kingdom of Bahrain and beyond, consequently forming a strong, sustainable and balanced ecosystem for the national economy.
