Nasser Akbari joined BIBF in 2022 as a Senior Manager, Internal Audit. He has over 12 years of experience in the Internal Audit field. Prior to joining BIBF, Nasser worked in Protiviti and was responsible to conduct various projects related to the following fields Internal Audit, Business Consulting and Risk Management for the clients in and outside Kingdom of Bahrain. Then he moved to the Internal Audit Department in Khaleeji Commercial Bank.

Nasser holds a Bachelor’s degree in Managerial Accounting from New York Institution of Technology and is a holder of both ACCA and CIA certification.
