Head of Human Resources
Meaad AlAwadhi joined BIBF in 2014 as the Head of Human Resources.
Ms. AlAwadhi has over nine years’ of experience in the Human Resources field, having worked in various banks in Bahrain. She has extensive experience in the management of Human Resources, recruitment and staffing, performance management and improvement systems, employment and compliance to regulatory concerns, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration.
Prior to joining BIBF, she was the Head of Human Resources at Ibdar Bank
