Anood Abbas is the Head of the Leadership and Management Centre at BIBF, where she drives the strategic alignment of human capital with organizational goals. An expert in training and development, she also brings over 14 years of HR leadership experience in the telecommunications sector assuming several pivotal roles, including Head of People and Culture and Head of Training & Development at Batelco and Beyon, driving organizational excellence through leading strategic HR initiatives in HR transformation and employee engagement.

A recognized thought leader & speaker, Anood has presented at global platforms like the Total Telecom Congress-UK, and Bahrain Businesswomen’s Society, General Assembly focusing on topics on leadership, employee engagement, and women’s empowerment.

Anood holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and is a certified CIPD member and completed a bespoke 1-year customized Executive Leadership Program at London Business School, further enhancing her strategic leadership capabilities.

In addition to her professional commitments, Anood also serves as an Advisory Board Member for Women in Tech Bahrain( Tenure 2022-2025), championing diversity and inclusion in the Tech industry.
