BIBF works with PSI to provide computer-based English Language Visa test delivery service in Bahrain

The Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) announced to offer Skills for English (UKVI) to candidates planning to apply for a UK Visa.

Skills for English (UKVI) is a Secure English Language Test (SELT) that has been approved by UK Visas and Immigration to meet the English language requirements for UK visa applications. It is simple and convenient to prepare for, to book and to take.

Skills for English (UKVI) is equivalent to IELTS (UKVI), and objectively assesses candidates’ English language proficiency in four facets including listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Skills for English UKVI is approved by the UK home office. It can be used to apply for UK visas for study, work, immigration, etc.

This is a new option for the English language proficiency examination for UK visa applicants in more than 120 countries across the globe. PSI Services (PSI) and the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) Scotland’s national awarding and accreditation body announced in October that Skills for English™ language test is now a UKVI-approved Secure English Language Test (SELT).

On her part, Shireen Heidari, Manager of BIBF’s Assessment Centre stated,

“We’re extremely proud to launch this new service under the Assessment Centre to provide a more simple, convenient, and affordable test option for UK visa applicants.”

“The test can be booked online and on demand, it is delivered in a single session that is entirely computer-based.” She added.”
