BIBF to host Virtual Sustainability Open House next Tuesday

The Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) will host a virtual open house on 13 July from 1 – 2pm to explore the Sustainable Development Academy – launched in May – and learn more about the sustainability initiatives, programmes, and industry accreditations delivered by Fitch Learning and The London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF).
The session will cover hot topics in Sustainable Development from the importance of sustainability mindset shift to the impact of technology on sustainability, presented by key industry speakers, namely, Zeeba Askar – Head of Banking & Finance Centre at the BIBF, Chris McHugh – Lecturer and Director of the Centre for Sustainable Finance at LIBF, and Kevin Boyle, Head of Assets & Wealth Management Training at Fitch Learning.
Attendees will also learn how can businesses align their internal operations towards more sustainable practices and to capture opportunities related to sustainable development.
