BIBF holds HR Networking Breakfast Session

The Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) held an HR Networking Breakfast Session at the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, focusing on the impact of emerging technologies on human resource practices today. The session featured the participation of HR representatives of various organisations within the financial and business sectors, to address training requirements and discuss potential development opportunities for the human capital in the Kingdom.

The session started with a workshop on Digital Transformation for HR, delivered by BIBF’s Senior Lecturer at the Digital Transformation Centre, Mr. Yousif Faraj.

In addition, HR representatives of the respective sectors were invited to round-table discussions and consultation, which were broken into eight groups based on sectors to address their training needs and concerns. Feedback from representatives was also noted to ensure continuous improvement.

The BIBF plays a pivotal role in the development of human capital across various sectors, through the provision of programmes that help enhance employee performance and build a more engaged workforce, and is fully committed to ensuring adding value and enhancing development opportunities that serve to enhance employee knowledge and skillsets.
