BIBF, DMI Join Forces to Develop Digital Career Pathways for Marketing Professionals in Bahrain

The Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance (BIBF), the region’s premier training and development provider, and the Digital Marketing Institute (DMI), the global certification standard in digital marketing and selling, have announced their partnership to provide the world’s most widely recognized professional digital marketing certification globally. The Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) programme aims to equip marketing professionals with the digital media skills required to futureproof the industry and advance their career.

This collaboration creates new opportunities for digital media and marketing professionals to develop new skills and stand out to employers. With new technologies constantly disrupting the digital media and marketing professions, ongoing learning and development is critical for them to stay relevant and progress through their careers.

The CDMP programme provides an in-depth and comprehensive introduction to the core essentials of digital marketing. Validated by the Digital Marketing Institutes Global Industry Advisory Council, the learning content is informed and designed by experts and offers learners the opportunity to gain a globally recognised professional certification.

On this occasion, the BIBF Director, Dr. Ahmed Al Shaikh stated, ‘We are pleased to collaborate with DMI as the global standard for digital marketing and social selling education, to help marketing professionals in Bahrain expand their knowledge and keep their skills relevant as new technologies emerge.’ He also added, ‘As the Kingdom of Bahrain is forging a path to a digital future and the CDMP programme will further support this vision by bridging the digital skills gap and help professionals differentiate themselves in their organisations and overcome the industry challenges.’
