The BIBF conducted a 2 day workshop entitled “Retail Branch Management Simulation-Based Workshop” for the employees of the National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) delivered by international instructors Mr. Alan Speed and Mr. Stan Bennett. Commenting on the success of the workshop, the Director of the BIBF, Dr. Ahmed AlShaikh said:” The Retail Branch Management Simulation – Based Workshop will serve to strengthen the human capital of the banking and financial industry as it will train participants on how to apply analytical frameworks and tools, as well as develop their critical judgement in their day to day activities.”

The Chief Executive Officer Mr. Jean Christophe Durand added: “We are pleased to cooperate with the BIBF to provide the necessary skills for our Retail Branch Managers, who are frontiers for customer care.
