Bahrain Bourse Board Mentorship Programme
The Board Mentorship Programme is a 5-week programme designed to develop Bahraini Board-ready talents. The programme enables candidates to bring diverse perspectives to corporate leadership. For all prospective and new board members, this training equips candidates with essential skills to navigate complex decision-making processes, fostering an understanding of diverse viewpoints and enhancing overall board effectiveness.
Eligibility Criteria
Prior to joining the Board Mentorship Programme, participants are required to have:
- Bahraini nationals only
- Full time employment
- Currently hold a director seat within an organisation (maximum of 3 years) or holds a senior management position within an organisation (minimum of 10 years) with a total professional experience of a minimum of 15 years
- A minimum of an undergraduate degree, along with either a master’s degree or an equivalent professional qualification
- Entrepreneurs are not eligible to apply
