Recognized as an authority in the United Arab Emirates' real estate sector, Lynnette brings over two decades of experience in technology, with a specialized focus on PropTech for the past 17 years. Her unique confluence of expertise in both technology and real estate enables her to devise big data and tech-driven strategies that are pivotal in the development of Smart Cities.

Lynnette was instrumental in the creation of Mo'asher, Dubai's inaugural Official House Price Index, in collaboration with the Dubai Land Department and was the driving force behind the inception and rollout of two B2B real estate data platforms: Property Monitor and Data Finder.

Further bolstering her credentials, Lynnette is an alumnus of Harvard University, where she completed the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate at the Harvard School of Design and Harvard Business School between 2019 and 2021.
