Amin Al Arrayed is the current CEO of Naseej BSC (c), leading strategic objectives and enhancing corporate branding in real estate and development. With over 25 years of experience spanning banking, investment, and real estate, he held executive positions at Edamah and First Bahrain Real Estate Development Company. He also served in banking roles at Reef Real Estate Finance Company and Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait. Additionally, Amin serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the National Bank of Bahrain and chairs Amakin, Bahrain Car Parks Company.

He holds an MBA with Distinction from DePaul University and a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Redlands. Beyond work, Amin values family time and enjoys traveling and dining. His specialties include finance, banking, and real estate investment and development. Amin's role at Naseej involves overseeing operations, profitability, and partnerships at both national and regional levels, reporting directly to the Board of Directors.
