Eng. Ahmed Ali Alammadi brings over 20 years of experience to his role as the CEO of Diyar Al Muharraq, stepping into the position in August 2019. Before his CEO tenure, he served as the Head of Investments & Asset Management at Diyar for nearly four years. Prior to Diyar, he was the Regional Head of the Eastern Region at Al Rajhi Capital.

Eng. Alammadi's expertise has been pivotal in propelling Diyar Al Muharraq towards its vision of becoming a premier, integrated city, boasting diverse residential, commercial, and leisure developments. He has excelled in managing the company's portfolio, shaping financial strategies, and spearheading innovative investment initiatives.

His comprehensive grasp of the real estate market is underpinned by varied roles in asset management and retail real estate development. A decade in the financial services sector across the GCC has deepened his expertise in investment banking and private equity.

Holding a BSc in Engineering from King Abdulaziz University and a Master's Degree from Universidad de Granada, Spain, Eng. Alammadi's strategic leadership continues to elevate Diyar Al Muharraq as a hub for residents, visitors, and investors alike.
