Elham Ebrahim Taleb has held the position of Director of Insurance Supervision Directorate at the Central Bank of Bahrain since October 2018. Mrs. Taleb has been with the Central Bank of Bahrain for 17 years. Mrs. Taleb holds ACII and MBA & BSc. in Finance from University of Bahrain, as well as Certified Insurance Supervisor (CIS) Certificate from Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance (BIBF).
