Ali Murtaza is a seasoned real estate investment professional with over 17 years of experience in the GCC region, including 9 years in Saudi Arabia. Currently serving as the Director of Investment Strategy and Transaction Management at Diriyah, a prominent Giga Project in Riyadh, he plays a key role in realizing the KSA Vision 2030 by developing a global culture-led destination in Diriyah.

Previously, Ali was the Executive Director at the Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB), focusing on real estate, tourism, leisure, and co-investment opportunities. During his tenure, he facilitated over US$ 1 billion in real estate investments in Bahrain. Ali's career also includes roles as a real estate investment manager for Oman Investment Fund, Investment and Projects Development Director at Siyaha International in KSA, and an Investment Manager at a real estate investment company in Bahrain. He started his career as one of the youngest branch managers at the Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait.

Ali holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde (Scotland) and a Bachelor's degree from George Mason University, with a focus on Finance and MIS. He is also a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where he contributes to its growth in the GCC.
