Mr. Yousif Ali spent over 10 years in Tamkeen where he was the Executive Director of the Customer Engagement and Support Department. His involvement with Tamkeen started at inception in 2006 where he played a vital role in the Human Capital Development projects where he spearheaded a number of projects and market-driven initiatives for Tamkeen. He also established and expanded Tamkeen’s service and client care capabilities and community reach-out and significantly contributed to Tamkeen’s strategic efforts to transform into a customer-focused organisation.
Yousif comes with a solid professional background in the areas of Human Resources Management, Training & Development, Performance Management, as well as Coaching & Mentoring. His background and capabilities were built over a span of nearly thirty years in the private as well as the public sector in assignments such as Assistant Head of Department at Bahrain Training Institute (BTI), part time lecturing association both with the BIBF and as a freelancer, Human Resources Manager at Bahrain Maritime & Mercantile International and a Training & Development Manager at Gulf Finance House. In addition, Yousif’s experience in the fields of Risk Management and Fraud Prevention at NBB and Amex provided him with valuable insights into the Banking and Finance sector.
