After a distinguished career in academia, Dr. Aljishi joined BFG International in 1992 and grew the business to be one of the Middle East’s foremost multinational industrial groups. Dr. Aljishi has been an advisor to several government and national bodies and is currently a member of the board of directors of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Co, Gulf Air, Bahrain Economic Development Board, BFG International and Illium. Dr.Aljishi is also a startup evangelist and a keen mentor to several entrepreneurial initiatives and ventures in the region.
