With 27 years in the industry and 18 years with IBM. Hakem Isa helped and shaped the requirements for high frequency trading for most of the Wall Street customer with IBM, Hakem Isa had many different technical and leadership position and lead complex projects. In 2011-2014 Hakem Isa play a key role with the IBM expansion in Middle East and Africa, upon returning to the US, Hakem Isa has been very focus on the Cloud and Cyber Security. In his current role as Executive Security Advisor, he works with CISO to shape the discussion around risk management the required investment in Security. Hakem Isa is a graduate from Carnegie Mellon CISO program and the MIT Sloan executive program in Management and leadership.

Cyber security is the biggest risk facing the financial system. Banks around the world have been rattled by a $81 million cyber theft from the Bangladesh central bank that was funneled through SWIFT, a member-owned industry cooperative that handles the bulk of cross-border payment instructions between banks.
This session will talk about the financial regulations and it is impact. Also, the session will show a road map to risk management.
