Hadyah Fathalla

Hadyah Fathalla is Executive Director for C5 Accelerate (C5A) and is responsible for public and private sector business in MEA and developing innovative technology ventures. Prior to joining the C5 family, Hadyah served as a leading security expert in Bahrain, advising a number of government agencies on topics including security policy, terrorism and insurgency, and other national security threats and challenges. In addition to her help launching C5A’s specialist Scalerators, Hadyah also oversees the Peregrine Foundation, a non-profit philanthropic organization focused on relief efforts for veterans and victims of armed conflicts in the Middle East. She has also been involved in consulting on development and Women and Youth empowerment projects in Bahrain and the Middle East and has contributed to a number of international policy and security conferences. She holds an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School, concentrating on International Global Affairs and an MA in War Studies from King’s College in London.
