Coronavirus Pandemic 2019 (COVID-19)
Last Updated: 13 January 2021
We hope you are healthy and taking all necessary precautions as the world fights the Novel Coronavirus COVID-19.
The BIBF is taking all necessary measures and actions to prevent and slow the spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Current scientific and medical evidence suggests that preemptive public health measures are more effective than those that are reactive. By being proactive as a community, we can safeguard our own health and the well-being of those with whom we interact.
As a valued learner at the BIBF, we endeavour to make your journey with us exceptional from the very start.
All regions around the world are currently affected by the COVID – 19 pandemic and at the BIBF, we have been extremely proactive in ensuring the well-being of our students, faculty, staff and wider community. We have followed government measures extremely carefully, respecting quarantine directives, providing online classes, implementing temperature checks on our campus for staff and finally closing the campus to students following the decision made by the Government’s Executive Committee to close all schools and universities until further notice.
During this time, the BIBF remains committed to supporting students and learners who are experiencing difficulties because of the COVID-19 situation as well as ensuring the health and safety of our candidates.
We encourage you to continue to prepare and finalise your application or your registration process in order to be ready once announcements are made for returning back to normalcy. The BIBF’s Registration team will continue to evaluate applications. They will advise you on the options available to enable you to provide a completed application. We have already extended some deadlines and are working closely with our faculty to present online classes.
