Hala Yateem

Hala Yateem is the Chairperson of the National Bank of Bahrain and a director at A.M. Yateem Brothers, a family holding company with interests in real estate, industry, and air conditioning. She is a board member of the Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB) and is actively involved in various philanthropic and educational initiatives, serving on the Boards of Trustees for the American University of Bahrain, the Hope Fund, and the Al Rahma Society for the Disabled.

Hala has also served on the boards of Yateem Oxygen, the Bahrain Tourism Company, Edamah, the real estate arm of Mumtalakat, Bahrain’s sovereign wealth fund, the Supreme Council of Women, the Bahrain Family Business Association, and the Bahrain Businesswoman’s Association. She is also a Board Member of the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF).

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship and Investments from Babson College in Massachusetts.
