Joy Phua is the General Manager of Le Wagon Coding Bootcamp. Joy built her multi-disciplinary toolbelt, with expertise in branding and operations, by bootstrapping her own startups. She previously managed a tech consultancy for innovative startups, particularly in Fintech and Medtech, looking for investments and to launch in Southeast Asian markets.

Today, Joy designs initiatives to make coding accessible and relevant to everyone, especially women and other minorities. She is a voice not only calling for diversity in tech, but also the implementation of policies that will change mindsets. Joy has personally impacted the lives of 150+ entrepreneurs and product owners since 2016.
