Enthusiastic about the socio-economic opportunities that come with emerging technologies, Rossana is passionate about working with organisations aspiring to be at the forefront of innovation. Her skillset combines years of consulting experience with intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to learn and try new things. During her 10 years in consulting, Rossana assisted organisations in shaping, mobilising and delivering large scale innovation programs designed to implement Robotics and AI solutions to disrupt risk and operational processes.

In her current role, Rossana leads the AI and Data Ethics Capability at KPMG, working with the broader ecosystem - including academia and policy makers - to develop practical approaches for responsible innovation. As part of her day to day job, Rossana is also responsible for assisting organisations in AI governance, risk management and assurance initiatives as well as for leading projects focused on data trust (e.g. data management, data quality).

Rossana complements her “on the job” experience via the successful completion of the MIT Executive Program on Artificial Intelligence and Business Strategy as well as the FinTech Executive Program offered by the University of Hong Kong.

Rossana is famous for her curiosity and genuine interest in connecting with people who want to make a difference. This translated in Rossana’s collaboration with EY entrepreneurship networks and no-profit organisations to grow start-ups market presence and optimise organizational processes. Enthusiastic about empowering others, Rossana was designated “people champion” and nominated in the UK for diversity and inclusiveness (D&I) awards as “game changer”.
