Mishal is the Director of Technology at Arcapita Group responsible for the firm’s digital transformation of technology systems and infrastructure globally. Prior to joining Arcapita, he served as a Senior Network Specialist at Ministry of Finance & National Economy up to 2005. Mishal currently serves as Board Members in Social Insurance Organization (SIO), Osool Asset Management, and BBK Bank.

Additionally, Mishal serves as the Chairman of the Technology and Business Society (TBS) & Bahrain Fintech Bay Advisory Board, Member of the External Validation Panel, General Directorate of National Qualifications Framework, and Member of the Program Industry Advisory Committee – IS Department, University of Bahrain.

Mishal holds an MBA from Open University Malaysia and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Bahrain.
