Jordana Semaan is an HR professional whose career has spanned the last 17 years encompassing working in different fields and markets that has allowed her to develop both her leadership style as well as have a multi skill set when it comes to work. Her strength in people skills over the years has led her to direct her career to Human Resources where her emphasis is on change management and cultural change.  Jordana is currently the head of HR- Gulf and Asia for Investcorp Holdings as well as the Diversity Champion for the firm. she holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and is CIPD certified.
