SPEAKER PROFILE

Amal is the founder and Managing Director of “Human Capital Development Advisory”, a Consulting firm specializing in endeavors that improve the productivity of individuals, organizations and nations through provision of services that create change and progress particularly for females and youth.

She has been on a journey of human capital and enterprise development for the past 26 years, her latest post being the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Tamkeen, a leading reform institution in Bahrain mandated to create change and economic progress. She thrives on complex challenges facing the labour market and contributed to many policy-making national committees, boards, and regional panels.  Amal contributed to the development of diverse sectors through an array of tools including grants, financing, youth, entrepreneurship, and business acceleration with an average annual budget of USD200 million.

This was all after a 12-year journey as a senior lecturer in leadership and management across the region. Amal is the Vice Chair of Danaat, Bahrain, Chair of Aiesec Youth organization and a Board member of the Rotary Club of Adliya, in addition to being an enabler, published book author, coach and mentor in the Human Capital and the SME development sphere in Bahrain.
