Registration
For enrollment in any course, a registration form has to be completed and sent to the registrar by individuals or sponsoring organizations. Official nomination letters or forms can be mailed, faxed, or emailed on the following address:

Examinations
Many courses include a formal examination during which candidates are not allowed to communicate with each other or use other unfair practices. Contravention of these requirements will result in cancellation of test papers, and written reports may be submitted to employers.

Approved Enrolment

We review course enrollments to:
Control class size to enable more personal attention
Ensure an adequate base level of understanding
Develop participant groups consistent with course objectives
Match experience levels to course content.

This practice has been initiated due to participant feedback. We appreciate your understanding of its purpose and results. BIBF’s enrollment review process is normally conducted in conjunction with organizations’ Training / Human Resources Departments.

Withdrawals / Cancellations
The BIBF offers courses on the basis that there will be sufficient participants to justify holding the course. Courses may be cancelled or re-scheduled if there are insufficient numbers of participants. The Institute’s liability in the event of such cancellation will be limited to a refund of any course fees already paid.

In the event of withdrawal of a participant subsequent to registration, any course fees already paid will not normally be refunded. We would be pleased to refund fees paid if we receive written notice of cancellation four weeks prior to the event.
