The Assessment Center is run by the Academic & Executive Learning Center team. The following kinds of tests are currently available:
IT / Microsoft Level Determination computer based
• MS Word – core and expert
• MS Access – core and expert
• MS Excel – core and expert
• MS PowerPoint – core and expert
• MS Outlook – core
English Language Placement
• Quick Placement Test - implemented
Occupational Ability Tests
• Critical reasoning
• Personality Tests
Psychometric (aptitude & personality) testing will guarantee a valid and fair selection of candidates for specific jobs. Moreover, it ensures that potential candidates match the requirements set by organizations in terms of competencies and personality. Training needs and staff development programs can also be set by the BIBF Assessment Center. Optimal security and protection of the assessment results are ensured by the Assessment Center team.
