In a ceremony held at the Trust Tower, Diplomatic Area and attended by officials from BIA, BIBF and Tamkeen, Trust Re held an awards ceremony for 17 of its staff members who recently completed the Trust Re Fast-Track Training Programme.

The two-year Fast-Track Training Programme, which began in 2010, is a creation of Trust Re. It focuses on investing in the talent of fresh university graduates from Bahrain and all over the world to give them the opportunity to learn about the insurance and reinsurance industry and have the opportunity to choose the appropriate career path. Intensive practical and theoretical training was given and the graduates carried out work experience; each one rotating in different departments. At the same time, the Fast-Trackers also followed professional courses at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF); Trust Re acknowledges the latter’s support.

A total of 22 graduates (including 9 Bahrainis) took part in the scheme; 17 of them successfully completed the two-year programme and are now full-time, permanent staff members at Trust Re.
