BIBF provides a service for a nominal fee of 3BD replacing official transcripts.

If you require a replacement you must physically come into BIBF and make the request. Supply of your Smart Card details and mobile number to the Front Desk is the mandatory requirement. Upon payment, you will be provided a replacement transcript.

Notification of this request can be made by email, but you must still personally collect it.
