The Quality Assurance (QA) department was established in 2008 as part of BIBF's strategic initiative for managing unprecedented institutional growth in recent years and upholding our vision, mission and values. As an institute of repute, BIBF aims to continuously deliver programmes of high quality and ensures that such standards are maintained across offerings throughout its Centres.
The QA department acts as a focus within BIBF for quality management and enhancement activities by formulating, maintaining and enhancing best practice in all aspects of BIBF's offering and the approach taken is based on that of the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA), UK.
The QA Department coordinates BIBF's relationship with external bodies, including the Bahrain Quality Assurance Agency for Education and Training. In May 2010, BIBF was assessed by the QAAET against specific quality parameters – our overall grade was the highest awarded to date in Bahrain.
