1,000 Bahranis to benefit over next four years.

Tamkeen and BIBF held a special Open House on Tuesday Jan 17 regarding professional qualification opportunities available from Tamkeen to the general public in the fields of Management, Leadership, and HR. 1,000 Bahranis stand to benefit from these programmes over the next four years.

Representatives from Tamkeen and BIBF illustrated the programme formats and Tamkeen's financial support framework to all attendees via dedicated stands and presentations. The programmes include Certificates in Leadership Development and Human Resources Management, as well as the Leadership Workshop Series.

These professional qualifications are fully accredited by internationally recognized professional bodies that include the Chartered Management Institute (CMI-UK), the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD-UK), and the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM-UK) ).

Tamkeen Chief Executive Mr. Mahmood Hashem Al-Kooheji said, "Making these sought-after qualifications available for Bahrainis is an integral part of Tamkeen's drive to develop Bahrain's human capital through high-level training and educational programmes that match the demands of the Kingdom's labour market."
