BIBF is particularly proud to be the guardian of the Bahrain financial sector for nearly 30 years. Our member institutions make up Bahrain's financial sector. BIBF's strategy and reason for being is to ensure the future of the sector remains strong from a training and development perspective. Without them BIBF would not exist, and without their support BIBF would not have grown or extended its reach beyond the country.

There is no doubt that the performance of BIBF can be correlated to the performance of the financial sector. Our contribution to the sector is in developing both potential and existing employees with training and development skills to enable them to better add value to their organisations.

When the sector performs well, even in adversity, this reflects well on the quality of the BIBF organisation. Because of this, we are sought out by others. Because of this, we can reinvest in the financial sector, delivering new and innovative programmes. Because of this, we can contribute to the 2030 vision.

The message is hopefully clear. We are, and will always be, indebted to our members for helping us become who we are today.
