Our strategy is clear - to be a driver in support of the Bahrain 2030 vision, and hence, the development of the economy and the people of Bahrain; to take Bahrain to the world, and to bring the world to Bahrain, through our sphere of influence, training and development. 

BIBF is the pre-eminent Institute within Bahrain and has, for 30 years, serviced the Financial Services sector. This history has created a legacy that, coupled with our strategy, has and will continue to, shape our future.

We are recognised as global leaders in Islamic Finance and Insurance Takaful training, have a multi-national faculty of high academic achievement, a participant growth rate of 40% over the last three years, and yet I believe we have only scratched the surface of potential achievement.

Why are we so confident? It would be fair to say that nearly every Senior Executive from within the Bahrain Financial sector would have, at some stage in their career, been through the doors of BIBF for development purposes.

Considering Bahrain has weathered recent global issues particularly well, we feel our contribution to the excellence of the current financial sector is tangible. This is of course, merely our remit and purpose.

Being in Bahrain gives us a unique view on the world. Bahrain is one of the most open business communities in the Middle East and, as such, gives people from all over the world a chance to embrace both Arabic society and international standard education and development.
