Introduction

The Office of the Registrar reports into the Head of Operations. It is a vital component in ensuring BIBF succeeds in delivery of its operational objectives.

Our main objectives are to manage the significant level of course registrations, both locally and internationally, as well as responsibility for the front of house. This is to ensure staff, based on registration requirements have an extremely wide range of product knowledge in order to help our customers when they come into, or call BIBF.

Registration is more than just taking people’s names who are interested in attending a course. The Registrar responsibilities include systems knowledge (through our Learning Management System); programme knowledge; completion and supply to the Centres of the various certificates our participants obtain, and a key provider of internal information to the Head of Operations in determining current performance.

Use of Rooms and Equipment
The Institute offers its training rooms (when available) and equipment for use by the member institutions for their own seminars and meetings to be held at the Institute. Visa Procedures

Visa costs will be charged to the participant.
